Skyewolf began as a boots-on-the-ground team in student housing and real estate marketing. But our origin story goes even further back, to 2008, when our founder, Craig Getz, was first active in the student events and accommodation space. From managing city-wide coordination to overseeing complex activations, the ethos
was always the same: well-run systems, well-supported people, and sharp creative thinking.
By 2015, our team was embedded in Woodstock Quarter, leading the charge on sales, marketing, and occupancy strategy. The same founding team behind Skyewolf played a key role in tenant placement, leasing automation, and early-phase rollout across the precinct.
